5. Orders of multiple 5ml of the exact SAME scent will ship automatically in a 10ml.

6. If you prefer separate 5ml atomizers, please contact us immediately.

7. We ship within 12-24 hours on business days only.

8. USPS is the only carrier we use. 3-5 business days is the normal ETA for USA orders and 1-3 weeks for foreign/international.  

9. Orders are fulfilled fast & double/triple bubble wrapped!

10. Any problems please CONTACT US within 3 days after receiving order to discuss a resolution.

11. We resolve 3 ways: 1. Full Refund 2. Exchange or 3. Partial Refund depending on situation. PLEASE BE SURE TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY. USPS HOLDING YOUR PACKAGE CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE DUE TO VARIOUS TEMPERATURES & CARELESS HANDLING.
